We’re Stacey and Richie, born and raised on the beautiful coast of Western Australia.

Perth is home, where we’re raising our two children, Austin and Grace, alongside Muffin the Pug, and Eve, our much-loved 12-year-old Staffy.

Like many families, we were sick of buying poor-quality, ugly kids’ furniture that just didn't last. We wanted something versatile, durable, and beautifully designed for the way Australian families really live, from the living room, to the patio, movie nights and backyard play.

What started as a search for something better, soon became something more. That’s how Salt & Roo was born!

After more than 20 years in nursing, Stacey was ready to build something of her own. With Richie’s background in sales account management, together we set out to create more than just a brand, we wanted to build something meaningful, lasting, and something our children could be proud of.

Salt & Roo brings together thoughtful design, lasting durability, and the laid-back beauty of coastal Australian life.
