Shipping Australia 

Salt & Roo currently ships Australia-wide from Perth, Western Australia.

All orders are picked, packed and dispatched directly by us to ensure your REEF arrives safely and in perfect condition.

 

Shipping rates are calculated live at checkout based on your location and the size of the package. This allows us to offer fair and transparent shipping costs no matter where you live in Australia.

 

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to follow your delivery every step of the way.

 

During busy periods such as product launches, sales or holidays, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

 

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

 

Western Australia: 2–5 business days

Interstate Metro Areas: 4–8 business days

Regional & Remote Areas: 5–12 business days

Please note these are estimated timeframes provided by our shipping partners and may vary during peak periods.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. This provides full visibility on your delivery and allows you to monitor your package as it travels to you.

 

Authority to Leave

In some cases, carriers may leave the parcel in a safe place if no one is home. If you would prefer your parcel not to be left unattended, please note this at checkout. Salt & Roo is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the order.

 

Shipping Damage

We take great care when packaging every REEF chair.

If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: info@saltandroo.com.au, and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Photos of the damage
  3. Photos of the packaging

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Refunds Policy

We accept change of mind returns provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and still vacuum-sealed
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Once the vacuum seal has been opened, the item cannot be returned 

Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. 

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Warranty

We offer a 1 year Structural Warranty that covers:

  • Foam collapse (abnormal compression)
  • Stitching failure
  • Zipper failure
  • Fabric delamination (TPU separating)
  • Manufacturing defects

What is NOT Covered:

  • General wear & tear
  • Intentional damage
  • Improper cleaning
  • Cuts / burns
  • Fading from extreme UV exposure
  • Because yours is outdoor-safe, but not meant to live permanently in harsh sun.

We have taken great care in manufacturing a quality and durable product.

  2. Photos of the issue

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Order Process

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days from Perth, Western Australia. During launch periods, promotions or peak seasons, dispatch times may be slightly longer. 

If there are any forseeable significant delays, we will notify you.

Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

03.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact us right away at info@saltandroo.com, We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

04.

Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. We will refund the original order if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.
